Craps Constructor is an online platform for building, simulating and backtesting craps strategies. Every new account gets 2 free strategies to try the platform, and backtesting is unlimited and does not use credits.
To create more strategies, you buy credits: each credit lets you create one strategy. Credits stay linked to your account while it is active, are personal, and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another account.
Credits and free strategies that have been used are not returned.
You can create an account for free. If you make a purchase without an account, we create one with the email given at checkout and send the login details to that email.
The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for all activities that occur under their account.
Sharing, selling, lending, or transferring an account to another person is strictly prohibited.
The customer agrees to use Craps Constructor responsibly and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
The customer is solely responsible for any decisions made while using the software, including the creation and execution of betting strategies.
Craps Constructor is provided as an analytical tool. It does not guarantee profits, winnings, or any specific financial results.
Craps Constructor, including its software, algorithms, interface, graphics, branding, documentation, and related content, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchases are made through a minimum deposit that unlocks 35 strategies; larger deposits unlock credits in the same proportion (rounded down). The amount depends on the country you are in and is shown in your local currency on the payment screen, before you confirm.
Your country is identified by your IP address when you sign up (or at your first purchase, if you buy without an account) and is saved to your account. Pretending to be in another country (for example, with a VPN or proxy) to get a different price breaches these Terms and may lead to the cancellation of credits obtained that way.
Payments are processed by Stripe (card), PayPal, NOWPayments (cryptocurrency), Mercado Pago (Brazil only), Neteller and Skrill. When a processor does not accept your currency, it charges the equivalent amount in another currency, which is shown before you pay. Fees, exchange rates and taxes charged by your bank or wallet are not our responsibility.
Credits are released automatically when the processor confirms the payment. Cryptocurrency payments are released after the network confirmations.
Neteller and Skrill are manual payments, with the same minimum deposit that applies in your country: US$280 (≈ €251). Send the amount to the email shown in the payment window, then contact our support team by email or WhatsApp and tell us the email of the account that should receive the strategies. Credits are released manually as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Because credits are digital content delivered immediately, credits that have been used are non-refundable. Refund requests for unused credits can be sent to our support team within 7 days of purchase and are reviewed case by case, without prejudice to your rights under applicable consumer protection law.
Fraudulent payments, chargebacks, or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the customer account.
We strive to keep Craps Constructor available at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to modify, improve, or update the software without prior notice.
Craps Constructor is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or financial damages resulting from the use or inability to use the software.
The customer acknowledges that backtest results come from simulated dice rolls and do not guarantee future results.
The customer is solely responsible for verifying whether the use of Craps Constructor is legal in their country or region.
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account involved in fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms and Conditions.
These Terms and Conditions may be updated from time to time.

Continued use of Craps Constructor after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions.
